Description: This project began as a Tenant Improvement of an existing 4 story abandoned building in Pheonix Arizona. The shell was originally designed for corporate office spaces and other commercial use, hit by the down turn in the economy this fully completed shell sat empty for several years. The owners came along and offered to turn this empty canvas into a full scale Behavioral Health Hospital to provide services to the local Geriatric, Adult and Adolescent community in need of a place to heal.
Our task was to provide a healing interior environment that was also fiscally responsible. We worked closely with the project team from concept to installation. Our scope included full interior design services. Our services extended to include the selection and specification of appropriate furniture and medical equipment for this high risk community of patients and their families. Our team worked to manage FF&E budgets, and execute purchasing, and installation coordination for the full fit out of this amazing space.
